Artist’s Statement
I attempt to place an impression of my subject and balance it on the page leaving much white space to enhance the image. There is no attempt to portray a photographic result but rather a vague celebration of something I love.
Biography
Water colourist and occasional printmaker with decades of experience.
Theme is predominantly non-urban with a love of native birds and plants reflected in many works. Surrounding landscapes, big skies and livestock also create huge inspiration.Influences

Awards
Numerous Water Colour Awards have been received along with printmaking prizes with small Solar Plate Etchings.
Exhibitions
I have been able to hold many one person exhibitions in southern QLD over the years along with numerous shared showings in the same area . Each year I enjoy being part of annual Art Shows including Aspects and Grammar Art Show.
