"My love of flowers was the motivation for this watercolour on cotton paper.
Initially I used digital technology as a tool to ignite my imagination.
I wanted to show that life goes on, no matter what is seen happening in our world. Silently, unseen in the background new life grows, as mother nature watches on.
The chosen colours intend to bring a sense of harmony, while the flow of semi-abstract shapes show the quiet rhythm of nature surrounding the gently cradled forms of new life."
